I was looking for a new apartment community for an elderly family member and was at a loss to find options that fit within her requirements. I was getting really discouraged and feeling quite overwhelmed; I needed help. I reached out to a couple locator companies without any response back. Finally, I reached out to Live Well and, to my surprise I received a call right away from Joseph Mora. We had a conversation about my requirements and limitations and within a couple hours he had some really promising options for us to consider. I was amazed at his promptness and diligence at finding some good options in such a short span of time. He had 3 tours scheduled for us at some really nice and affordable communities within just a couple days. He was with us, by our side negotiating the entire day of touring and he even sat with us as my family member filled out an application. She chose the 3rd option and has already moved into her new place. I will definitely reach out to Joseph at Live Well again should another need arise for help finding a good apartment community. When I first moved to Austin, 5 years ago, Natalie helped me find my spot that I stayed at for the past 5 years. Thankfully Natalie was still in the apartment locating business and so I reached out to see if she could help again. I gave her a list of budget, wants/needs, and dealbreakers and we sat there together for at least an hour just compiling a list of potential places. She listened to everything I wanted and really put in effort to help me find something I’d love. She was always readily available and would respond promptly when I needed clarification or had questions. The first (and only) place I actually toured was where I ended up signing because Natalie found me a place that ticked all of my most important wants and needs. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to sign anywhere and reassured me so many times that we would find me a place I’d love and not to stress. I could be super honest and straight up with her about what I wanted and any thoughts or concerns I had. She was genuine and truly wanted me to find somewhere I loved. How is your service really FREE to me?

Promise it’s not too good to be true. Apartment communities rely on us to bring them residents and work our referral fees into their advertising budget. You literally pay the same with us as your apartment expert or without us – no hidden fees, no inflated rents. So why not use an expert?

Do you come with me to my apartment tours?

We pride ourselves on providing a full service apartment locating experience. Touring the apartments is the best part! If you prefer to go on your own or tour virtually, we can make that happen; however, we like to be there to make sure you ask all the right questions and they roll out the red carpet for you.

Do you only show me certain apartments?

Well, I’m glad you asked this! That is another reason we often tour with you. Some apartments request the presence of your agent for the agent to receive credit. In other words, be warned that apartment locators who only send lists and schedule your tours likely aren’t sending you every option. (gasp!)

Do you only find apartments?

We can find apartments, townhomes, condos and even some single family rental homes if they are managed and owned by a single management company. We don’t have access to rentals that are privately managed.
